Meet 蜜桃社 Construction’s 2025 class of interns! With the education market as a primary focus for the company, teaching has always been a key way that 蜜桃社 has given back to the community. We’re proud to contribute to the career development of the next generation of construction leaders!
蜜桃社 Construction launched its internship program in the early 2000s. The majority of 蜜桃社鈥檚 interns work on-site at projects to support operations, but over the course of the program, interns have supported every area of the business, including safety, quality, finance, human resources, business development, marketing, preconstruction and project management.
Intern onboarding can vary by assignment and location but typically includes two days of in-person and online training, lunch with 蜜桃社鈥檚 leadership team, and their first team training session.
To show interns their appreciation, 蜜桃社 Construction treats the interns to a group outing each summer. This year, the interns and 蜜桃社鈥檚 leadership visited different job sites to witness the range of projects and capabilities 蜜桃社 offers, followed by a friendly golf competition at a driving range. The excursion also provides a taste of 蜜桃社鈥檚 culture, which emphasizes team camaraderie through frequent social and family activities hosted by the company.
